At Moss Hall Kitchens we follow a six step process with our customers to ensure that we provide an individual service and inclusive experience

We encourage anyone buying a new kitchen to come and visit our showroom first before requesting a visit to measure. At this early stage we can have a chat with you to understand what it is you are looking to achieve and any specific requirements you may have. You can wander around our showroom at your leisure and browse sample worktops and brochures to get a feel for what is possible with the budget you have in mind.

Once we've had a chat and discussed some options, we will visit your property to look at the space, measure up and identify if there are any particular challenges we need to be aware of in order to design a kitchen which will work in the space you have. We'll take some photographs to send back to the design team so they can get a visual and use their expertise to bring some new ideas to the table you may not have thought of.

We'll sit with you and go through a wish list comprising of non-negotiable elements such as colour or style, through to aspects you're happy to hand over to the designer. This is an important part of the process, as our designers have the opportunity to understand how you want to utilise your kitchen space i.e. for entertaining and where they can bring fresh ideas to the table. Creating a wish list also gives both parties guidance on what is achievable with the available budget and manages expectation early on in the process.

Our designers will then take your wish list and the details provided at the measuring stage to design your new kitchen using the latest CAD technology. We'll talk you through the proposed layout and check that the units, worktops and appliances you've selected work in the design and space; tweaking where required. We use a state of the art CAD system, which enables you to a virtual walk around your new kitchen - bringing your kitchen to life even before it's been signed off and installed!

Once design tweaks are made and a full list of materials produced, you will receive a final quote for your kitchen and installation. At this point, you may wish to add, remove, upgrade or downgrade elements of the kitchen in order to sign off on design and budget. Once everything is signed off and a deposit provided, we will order your kitchen. We will get in touch to arrange a suitable date to fit your kitchen once the kitchen is in our depot.

Our team of highly skilled carpenters will install your kitchen, aiming to reduce disruption to a minimum at all times; we will work around your schedule as much as possible. Once the kitchen has been fitted, we will walk around with you to make sure you are completely happy before signing off on the work. You can now enjoy your stunning new kitchen and invite friends and family around for a party!

Whilst not working you will find John on the trails on his mountain bike or playing a little golf.
