An array of cabinetry finishes are beautifully mixed together to create this kitchen’s truly striking style, which is complemented with a range of cutting-edge appliances.
John and the team were just so friendly! They made sure absolutely everything was taken care of.
Mr and Mrs Blackledge approached Moss Hall Kitchens with plans to turn their utility room into a true handleless kitchen. After detailed consultations with the clients, Moss Hall Kitchens provided a full service that totally transformed the room from top to bottom. We installed a new ceiling and radiator, and Cavalio flooring in Metal Stone Beige, giving it a warm but contemporary feel.
This stunning sense of style carries through to the rest of the finished kitchen; the worktops are in a sophisticated Calcutta Quartz, and are completed with wall panelling. The kitchen cabinetry, meanwhile, is in a mix of several different finishes. The tall units are resplendent in Truffle Brown Avola with a horizontal grain, while the base and wall units stand out in a High Gloss Acrylic Cashmere.
“I really like the various finishes.” Mrs Blackledge remarks. “For the worktops we actually went for a stone that John [Cothliff] recommended – it was exactly what we were looking for.”
The kitchen’s awe-inspiring design is complemented by an array of handy appliances, many from market leader Neff. Twin single slide ovens are paired with a combi microwave and twin washer-dryers. A Neff coffee machine is on hand for a quick pick-me-up, while an innovative Quooker kettle tap is capable of providing boiling hot water at an instant’s notice. Finally, we moved the boiler from an adjoining wall, concealing it inside a cupboard to give the kitchen a smooth, uncluttered look.
“All the different parts of it just come together really well.” says Mrs Blackledge. “The tradesmen were brilliant too – everyone was lovely, friendly, clean and tidy. They all worked really hard to make sure the final result was excellent. I would definitely use them again!”
