Mrs Clynes sought out Moss Hall Kitchens to do what other kitchen companies could not – help her transform her kitchen into a space that was both comfortable and highly efficient.
Everyone at Moss Hall was so helpful, and the new kitchen just makes me feel like I’ve got a lot more room to breathe. I absolutely love the new look.
Mrs Clynes approached Moss Hall Kitchens with a very specific aim for her space, having first tried a number of other kitchen companies, without success. Since space in her kitchen was at a premium, she wanted to remove a chimney breast to give herself more room when cooking, and make the room feel both more spacious and efficient. Wasting no time, the team at Moss Hall immediately set to work producing a design for her kitchen that would fulfil these specific aims.
Functionality was obviously a main focus for Mrs Clynes’ brief, so to that end the team installed a tall, slim housing unit that contains a small base pull-out for extra storage. Just above, a wine rack has also been neatly integrated into the design. The appliances, too, were also specially chosen to help Mrs Clynes make efficient use of the limited space. As well as a fully integrated dishwasher from industry-leading supplier Neff, the finished kitchen also contains a hidden Eliplane twin motor extractor which keeps the kitchen smelling fresh and clean but without imposing too much on the valuable space.
Meanwhile, quartz worktops were chosen to complement the pleasantly restrained colour scheme, together with a large splashback behind, and the entire kitchen is beautifully lit by the soft white lighting of the spotlights overhead.
Moss Hall Kitchens was wholly responsible for supplying the project, including its new UPVC back door and new window. Mrs Clynes’ previous kitchen window had no sill, so when installing the new one, we took care to include it in the updated design. Moss Hall also fully project managed the kitchen from start to finish – this encompassed the supply and fitting of the flooring and radiator, the installation of the new ceiling – complete with spotlights – and all electrical works behind the scenes.
